Vaso's Mediterranean Bistro is a fine dining restaurant serving Greek-inspired cuisine.

Our dishes are generous meals, selected and prepared by Chef Vaso Voliotis herself (and her crew), featuring a range of authentic, housemade salads, gyros, platters, filo-based appetizers, and mouthwatering entrées.

Most of the recipes are from family’s tradition which was tweaked by Chef Vaso to reach that extra level of awesomeness.

Come to taste our exquisite Lamb Kapama, Lamb chops, Baked Moussaka, Greek Samplers, Baked Branzino (Sea Bass), Stuffed Flounders, homemade pastas, among other delicious veal and poultry selections, which is our signature.

Not to mention our selection of Greek imported wines (and regular ones), chosen to pair with your meal and to enhance your experience on our table. And, of course, a sweeten closure possible due to the finest Greek-Mediterranean desserts.

If you wish to extend this experience to your family and/or friends our second floor is available for private events, parties, etc., through reservations.

Two rooms with capacity for 20 and 45 seating are ready to be prepared to host your event with all exclusive service and meals according to your liking. Please check our Private Dining section for details.

But if your event is more exclusive than that and it is held in the comfort of your home or in another place, you still can impress your guests by having our food with all the perks included by consulting our catering & events section.
